Did you do infopass also? If not, try that. Try also directly emailing the service center, and maybe even try walking into the ASC to see what they can do (they have the ability to reschedule appointments but I am not sure about creating appointments). Ombudsman? - I did submit an inquiry through them and got a confirmation that they have accepted my request but I got scheduled like a few days after.

When were you able to see the print out approval? And is it only for DACA? No notice for EAD? |

I'm sure once you do your Bios your approval will follow shortly after.
