Got this email about our background check being completed today. I emailed SCOPSSCATA on 09/01 and as the chain shows they forwarded it to NSC. Hope to hear good news soon.

^ so I guess a lot of applications are still pending background checks. The IT issue might have cause that to be delayed.

If I recall correctly wasn't there a way to check with the FBI to see if your biometrics were completed?

Has anyone had to get their card redelivered because their mailman effed up and sent it back to the sender? If so, how long did it take to get it redelivered? Fml

Is your screen shot from ELIS or USCIS Case Status? I do not have access to ELIS, my access code does not work I think because I took too long to activate it. On USCIS Case Status I only see that my application was receive and BIOS appointment was made, but I did that in June. Wondering if there should be a different update since doing the BIOS.

Just checked my ELIS and the status message says "USCIS has approved your application or petition, or request. USCIS will mail your proof of benefit or USCIS action to you." for both I821D and I765 but the status still says "In Process". Am i approved? If I am, how do I download the approval letter from ELIS?

Yes, you are approved, congratulations! The DACA approval letter should be generated in two days or so. You will not get an approval letter for the I-765. Mind you I am basing this on my own experience and that of those who have posted.

Agreed, it's a combo cluster fcuk. Seen just about everything with this renewal cycle - delayed bio appt, corrupt files, lost files, delayed checks, suspended reviews etc.

Building IT systems for a living, can only presume a lot of these chained processes weren't build to be fault tolerant and shit hit the fan. healthcare site was royally screwed as well- so this isn't new/limited to this agency but the consequences for us are dire, and continues to cause so much anxiety as local officers aren't empowered to handle this sensibly in short term for delayed cases. Hope everything is back on track, and everyone delayed is approved soon!
