I'm trying to call for the first time, but when it prompts me for a receipt number it says it's too short. ? Has anyone encounter this??

Make sure you also type in the letters to their corresponding digits. IOE would be 463. Not sure if anyone got a LIN this time around, but same idea would apply.

you have to use the first three letters as well. IOE match them with the numeric number on the phone

Anyone know if renewing a California driver's license will require one to take the written test again? I heard that as long as you renew within 60 days after expatriation your good.

just got my case elevated by ilrc and awaiting on NILC. Yesterday got through to a tier 2 rep, and she sent my message to NSC. Did OMBUDSMAN this morning. Hopefully something happens...

Keep us updated regarding any feedback from IRLC. I expire on 9/25 and I got my case elevated yesterday. It seems like that has worked for some applications so I'm hoping for the best!
