How did you get that update? That April date just appeared out of nowhere and no one at USCIS was able to tell me why. Tear 1 officer said it was a glitch and that the correct date was the one on my receipt and a tear 2 said he was able to see the February date.

The only thing they are able to do is flag my case. They reflagged my case for the third time yesterday

I havent called to ask. It shows up on the USCIS case tracker. When I log in to mycase status it shows the February 18 date. I was checking numbers around my timeline and all of them have it. Either on the 21st or the 24th saying that it was being processed at IOE

Thanks - just shows that my bios were scheduled in May. My DACA case shows that it's approved and sent.

Some thing odd just happened...
My EAD was approved on 09/13/1.
I checked today and it went back to "USCIS has accepted your application, petition or request for processing"
Then, checked using just my receipt#. NOT USING ELIS and it says my card has gone into production..

has this happened to any one? would it be safe to say the card is in fact gone into production?
if so, how long does it take for the status to change from "card is being proceed" to actually having in on your hands?

Way to go, USCIS. Approve the applications that are 3 months away from expiring and fuck everyone else that have been expired for months. In my case a whole year. But in any case congrats.
