I saw a few post back that once every thing was all good, you could get a tracking number, any truth to this'?

Once your card gets produced and mailed it is sent via priority mail. Which gets a tracking number. Back in 2012 and 2014 once your case was updated a tracking number was given. But now that the system is all messed up you have to call USCIS and speak to a tier 2 rep to get this tracking number. Call the 1800 number.

Welp, I was hoping to go back to work on Monday, but my card is still not here....

Approved: 9/8
ELIS status of "Card in Production": 9/10
ELIS status of "Card has been mailed": 9/13

I'm praying it comes on Monday. I'm going to call them Monday morning to see if it actually was mailed, and if I can get a tracking number.

I got a letter today that says "We are aware and closely monitoring when your previous EAD is expiring and we are processing the renewals in the order of previous card expiration. We have forwarded the information in your Service Request for supervisory review." Do you guys think this is a generic statement the generate or could they actually be working on mine?

The case tracker will eventually update to show the tracker number.

Yes, although, at least on my case, the USCIS tracker was a few days behind the updates on ELIS.
