DACA to AOS - Page 30

Any updates today? ~(^_^)~ Seems that USCIS had finally updated there processing times for each USCIS office.

Just sent my applications for AOS, through my wife. Wish me luck!!! I'll keep everyone updated!

I applied my DACA renewal last June and my EAD will expire anytime soon. I came to this country when I was 8years old with my tourist visa. I got married to my bf who is a USC 2 weeks ago, we been living together for almost 3 years now. We already sent my AOS papers last Tuesday and got my txts and emails that they got my application Thursday. I am just waiting for my receipts now and biometrics. I hope everything goes well. I wish I just didn't apply for my renewal and just applied for my AOS earlier. Words can't explain how excited I am.

hey guys...I was granted DACA but my work permit will expire 6/17. I recently got married to a citizen but have no money to pay a lawyer. Do you think if I follow the instructions on this site I should be ok?

Hey guys so I just thought to ask you all here something about the visa bulletin (I was just checking October''s)...

Which chart are you supposed to look at to know when to file your AOS through family, is it the one that says "FINAL ACTION DATES FOR FAMILY-SPONSORED PREFERENCE CASES" or the other one "DATES FOR FILING FAMILY-SPONSORED VISA APPLICATIONS"...

I don't get the difference...
