Is anyone here having the same issues like me who's EAD is expiring and what did you do or say to your employer about it and what was their action?

EAD expired on September 25th. I still haven't received my biometrics. It's been 100 days exact. 2 service request still nothing and calling uscis rep/tier 2 doesn't help. Tried creating an elis account but they couldn't provide me an online access code.

Can someone gives me advice on what should I do?

Thank you all!

Did your employer ask about it? If they don't say anything you may slip by. It's very unlikely you will be pointed out during an audit or something.

If you want to cover all basis and be as 'legal' as possible. It may not hurt to talk to your employer/HR/manager about it.

I was able to talk to mine and come up with some ideas - temporary suspension until my EAD is updated.

I expire next week so I'll have to see how it actually plays out.

before I renewed I kept working with the expired one, no one said anything, the new one eventually came so everything stayed the same. If they were to ask you I would just be honest and let them know that you're in the process of renewing, I'm sure they'll understand.
