Good idea, I'm going to ask the same to the tier 2 after I get a call back from them.

I've got 21 days myself before I expire. Thankfully no questions have been asked about my status where I work so no answers need to be given

Who knew card can take a while to be "produced"? What does it entail other than printing. To add to the approval woes, now they have card production delays?

My case status online on ELIS still says "pending" and on case tracker shows case was recieved on sept 5th which is wrong since it was received in april.
According to a service request response that I got in my email they said my i-765 was approved on sept 8th and sent for production since then. And a response to a message in USCIS secured inbox also stated the same. So right now its all conflicting information, my status online hasn't been updated to EAD in production but USCIS service requests say its in production and even the uscis offer stated the same -_-
So many glitches.
