My bet is you have to wait until ELIS says "We have produced your green card, and mailed to your address", because everyone I talked to says it did that too.
first it went to approved and then back to "in progress" and finally to "we have mailed your green card...etc."
you are in step 2 out of 3, and then when you get "we have produced your green card" you will have to wait an average of 8-20 days for your actual EAD to come in the mail.

Some people have gotten theirs 8,11,12 and up to 20 days after approval. If mine comes the Wednesday , it will be 14 days after approval.
