Oh God!!! I hope you are coping alright, meaning I hope you are getting some support. This is ridiculous, have you thought about submitting a new application? Is it possible?

So my status went into the green card has been produced message however I still don't see shipping information or anything like that, what was weird was that I got a text message from case tracker with my old LIN receipt # from two years ago, when I went to check online it says that a notice they sent couldn't be delivered (I have moved since I last had renewed in 2014) but I find it very odd, has this happened to anyone?

They also told me I can go try to make an appointment with USCIS and acquire an extension on my EAD, but I would imagine it is very hard to make an appointment with USCIS.. I tried search the available slot and no luck

Anyone has such experience on EAD extension? What else can I do?
What is the benefit center?

You need to email nilc and they will assign you a lawyer that will work with you. Here's the email: reply@nilc.org . Since they have been getting tons of request for help, I think they are only helping those that are about to expire or have expired. Keep trying.

Good luck!

Howdy All,

This group has been very helpful in keeping my cool. I will expire on 10/2 and my sister on 10/7. Both of our submissions are for May 11 and 12th. Thanks to DACA we both have careers which is amazing, and now just slowly becoming a nightmare. Anyways, I'm with NSC and she is with TPC, I think most of the people here are for NSC. I wanted to share some news that I received while talking to a service rep yesterday evening.

They are currently processing cases submitted on 5/7, so I'm a few days away, hopefully by next week, but I know by looking at the spreadsheet that there are plenty of people that have early May cases. Hopefully this next "batch" of cases will see y'all processed.

Also, thanks for keeping me distracted from work, definitely bringing down my productivity but have managed to keep me sane. Good luck y'all!

Do you know if they charge you for assigning a lawyer?

So if they are processing cases submitted on 5/7 already, I guess its safe to assume that the USCIS Time Processing spreadsheet for NSC does not update frequently and not reliable because as of September 15, 2016 it says they are processing April 2016? What do you think? Hopefully there is progress happening here.

They do it for free. After they assign you a lawyer, he/she will contact you to learn more about your case and then they will flag it. After they flag it the first time, if you don't hear from USCIS at the end of the week, you let your lawyer know and he/she will reflag your case.
