Called today spoke to Tier 2 rep she made a Service Request to see what's going on with the card and even she was like you should have your card by now.
she was very clear by saying they have 15 days to respond to the request I was like FML

As for you, nquiroga, have you gotten confirmation from USCIS that they are producing your card? Like an email or through your calls?

Our system shows that your DACA package was approved on August 26, 2016. Your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) is in production. Your EAD and approval notice will be mailed to the address on file once the card is produced. If you do not receive the card or approval notice within 60 days from the date of this notice, please submit another inquiry to the USCIS Customer Contact Center
