Mmmm,I guess I will give it until the end of this week to see if my ELIS account updates or if my EAD card arrives in the mail. I only have a couple more weeks until my expiration date. Hoping there won't be anymore hiccups.

Just a note - seems they are also having sporadic issues with EAD production. I've been told it could be due to issues with finger prints, or photos - who knows - and there is no time table.

So for a select few, approval does not mean that this headache is over. It's been 11 days since approval and EAD still has not even been shipped - and been told to wait 2 more weeks before inquiring again.

And ofcourse my HR dept is not willing to take the 821D and let me get back to work.

What is your ELIS say? Case tracker?

Hello. I still have not received my approval so it will be my last week until I go on my leave of absence(expire on the 25th). I asked HR about my PTO and they said that even though I can't work, I could still use my PTO during this time. I thought I wouldn't be able to. Has anyone done this?

No I have not. I just got off the phone with tier 2 support. Said I should be approved any day now but do not send in anymore inquiries because I have 2 open already? If I open anymore they will pull the case to some else and will cause more delays. Has anyone gotten that before?

This made me chuckle. So if you don't behave we will put you in the back of the line!!
