Approved but no EAD card? - Page 2

My work finally asked for my new updated copy and gave me until the end of next week to provide it. I don't want to lose my job but calling is so pointless.

I only have the Deffeted action one.

No luck still waiting to hear from service request. I woulf call for a tier II rep and see of theres a way to get a notice as proof of approval. They can see when you got appeoved. Call at 8 am and theyll back to you in a half hr if you get forwarded to a rep 2. Sorry youre still waiting aswell

Yeah when you explain your problem they know they cant help so they forward you which its a wait. Have you spoken to anyone or are you waiting?

I called three times already.

First time the officer told me he couldn't discuss anything over the phone.
The second officer told me I had to wait 30 days for the acceptance later and 60 for the card.
The final officer said the same thing and to submit a service request but they email said they would reply by 10/2

Each person says something different its so frustrating! I had a lady once was so sweet and she put in tbe request for me and she was teir 1. But its been 30 days for your letter though. My site said aug 10th they mailed my approval for i765 so she put in the request. But another lady told me i would need to repay for a new card but a person told you that after 60 days to call. My situation is that it never reached my house so its 50/50 if i get a card sent again or not

Same here. I was approved on 8/8 and still haven't received my card or approval notice. When I called they told me the same thing.

This is crazy.

We are in the same exact situation! I have been approved for a whole month. It's so annoying. I told my HR that too. She was really understanding but I don't know if that DACA prof will work as enough prove. I can screenshot but that's about all. I plan on calling again tomorrow. I'm just over it
