EAD expired on September 25th. I still haven't received my biometrics. It's been 100 days exact. 2 service request still nothing and calling uscis rep/tier 2 doesn't help. Tried creating an elis account but they couldn't provide me an online access code. Can someone gives me advice on what should I do? Thank you all! |

Date of application sent: August 31. Date of biometrics appointment October 5. Walk-in for biometrics: September 14. Date of approved defferred action and workers authorization card: September 20.
