AOS through a job is it possible ? DACA

can my boss be my sponsor to aos ? i already have. the I-94 and DACA is their a way that i could get a green card through my job i'm a chef. just wondering thankz..

This has been answered many times.

It is not possible unfortunately. There are rare circumstances, that do not apply to many of us. I am not 100% sure. Look for Demise posts, he has answered that a couple of times.

You can't AOS through job but you can do and EB3 and try a provisional waiver if you have any family that are residents or citizens. See second on the article below.

My parents are getting their green card next year so I am lining my application up so I can apply for the waiver as soon as my visa becomes available. Now, proving hardship, that's another matter. You will probably need a good lawyer for that. Good luck!
