Here'a my timeline:
Application received by USCIS Feb 18
Biometrics: march 15
Approved: today?

It still needs to sink in. Hopefully it does mean I'm approved.

needless to say i am overnighting them new pictures

the fact that it took them 2 weeks to notify me - and only after several congressional inquiries and calling tier 2 reps EVERYDAY is beyond infuriating. And the fact that they keep giving me different dates is insane.

if your application or EAD is delayed - do NOT wait. Hound them, call, email, reach out to orgs. Because otherwise USCIS will NOT contact you

I expire on Sunday and am on travel for work training personnel until the end of next week. All of my travel expenses are supposed to be covered, but not sure if I can legally submit a request for travel reimbursement for travel days after my EAD expires. This blows.

Got my EAD in the mail today. This renewal has been very stressful but glad that at least it moved faster after the delayed biometrics, which I walked in 12 days earlier. Not sure if it would have made it on time if I actually went to my scheduled appointment. Drove 3 hours to another ASC to walk in but it's finally over...at least for two years. So this means that a) unlike what the E-Request says, no I did not get a timely response (request prompt said I should get a response 9/14) and b) this whole notification system is the gift that keeps on giving absolute bs.

Honestly, I'm just going to leave this crap alone until I hear something again... I feel my blood starting to boil now.

SERVICE CENTER: IOE ? :O
BIOMETRICS: early walk-in on 09/02/12
APPROVAL: DACA approved 9/12/16 on both notices. (notice dates: 1. 9/12/16 and 2. 9/13/16)
EAD allegedly approved on 9/11 before my DACA. :S No card yet. EAD finally received 9/24/16.

The fastest timeline ever under a month! I was so worried after reading everyone's experience.
