Approved but no EAD card? - Page 8

Latest with my situation
I was DACA approved on 08/25/16
Neither ELIS nor Case Tracker show my card in production
I submitted a SR on 09/7/16 got a response on 09/12/16 Generic BS that if I don't see anything in 60 days contact them again
I submitted another SR on 09/20/16 through a Tier 2 and that still has not been assigned to an officer
I emailed my Congressman on 09/26/16
09/28/16 My congressman and several others sent a Letter to USCIS questioning the Delay in DACA
09/29/16 My Congressman sent me a Privacy Act form to sign and submit, sent it immediately got a response from them saying they will my inquiry on my behalf.

I've been out of work since 08/04/16 this is killing me we are losing everything

When a tier submits a SR for you i notice it changed for me twice that it was assaigned to an officer. Are you checking your account on case tracker and not elis? Thats where i saw updates about that. Ive been approved since the 10th of august and they took a month to produce my card and now its lost in the mail 15 mins from me so i feel your pain :/ my job checked e-verify and they know im approved idk why some jobs want a physical card smh and whats ironic is i paid off my car a few days ago but cant drive it lol

I am checking Case tracker this is what is shows as of today:

Could you try again? I did a SR for a resend and it was assaigned today, i put it in 2 days ago but my refferal start with SR and ends in VSC...yours sent to nebraska?

Finally my case tracker now says card is being produced. My congressman's office got on the case right away!

Okay, what exactly do I need to do? I had a power struggle with the post master. I ended up going up the chain up command. The stupid postmaster failed to admit they mis-delivered and lost it in the mail. So i called the district post master who heard me out and referred me to consumers affairs. Long story short, tomorrow I should be receive a letter from the post office declaring they lost my mail and mis-delivered the document. I am just waiting for the letter to take further action. I am just glad I don't I don't have to pay.

That must be so stressful. Is there a way that the post office had the card laying around somewhere?

I eould take the letter they give, copy of approved 821d, cover letter explaining everything you did and the work permit form. At the top of the form check off "replacement card" i did all of that but i dont know who to send it to so i have to call. But in the meantime get it all together. 1800 number for usps is a sham they are at a call center and cant help at all.
