Hello! I have been keeping up with this forum for the last month. I checked my ELIS account today and it said approved for both the DACA and EAD. I immediately took screen shots because I couldn't quite believe it. 10 minutes after, I went again and checked ELIS and the EAD application went back to saying "USCIS has accepted your application" rather than "USCIS has approved your application/petition". I checked the case tracker and for the DACA it says for DACA "Case received and receipt notice was emailed" and on the EAD it says "Card is being produced". Has anyone gotten this before? Am I approved?
Here's my timeline:
App received: 6/13/2016
Biometrics done: 7/7/2016
Expired: 9/23/2016

I was approved yesterday! I did what was recommended by you beautiful people on this forum. Ombudsman, Telephonic Service Request, and NILC elevated my case twice (once last week and also this past Tuesday). I did contact my congressman but received no response.
My timeline is as follows:
Priority Date: 05/02/2016
Receipt Date: 05/05/2016
Biometrics: 05/13/2016
Expiration: 09/26/2016
Approval: 09/29/2016
EAD in hand: Pending

Your ELIS account should have an approval document uploaded in the same box as your receipt notices, I printed mine for my records. Congrats!

When people say "service requests" they're referring to opening up case inquiries online and/or by calling USCIS right? Just making sure I'm not missing anything

Just got off the phone with a Tier 2 rep...again. This is like my fifth time calling since I expired. Every single one has been so unhelpful, borderline rude....

This particular one f*cking tells me to write a letter to the Vermont Service center. My case isn't even being processed there. Wtf?

After I keep asking her questions, she keeps berating me "Just write a letter to the center."
She doesn't respond to any of my questions ("My case is processing at the Nebraska center. Why do I have to contact Vermont?"; "Can't I send an email or phone them?"; "It will take months to just get a response. I am already expired.").

Just straight up ignores my questions and keeps repeating her line. I was so infuriated I wanted to curse her out, but I kept my manners.

I finally ask if she can put in a service request for me. She says "No." As I proceed to ask "Why?,"
SHE F*CKING HANGS UP. F*CK YOU USCIS, YOU PIECES OF SH*T.

APPROVAL FINALLY!!!

I checked my online account and it says that my card is being produced and will be mailed to me! Approval date shows 09/29/16.

This is so surreal. USCIS needs to take their incimpotence and shove it up their ass. I know there are others in worse situations than I am in, so stay strong. I luckily did not lose my job. I will be talking to HR next week to full them in on the news.

I'll report back when I get my card in the mail.

Same thing happened with mine. The EAD status changed back and case tracker says card being produced. Both had been approved earlier.
