To send or not to send.

I am so confused.

Some folks have been delayed well beyond 150days with no approval as of yet and some sent in their renewals well after 120 days and got renewed a month or two later... from the same service center! Nebraska? How is this possible? Perhaps I am mixing up service centers.

I don't want to send my renewal in at 150days and get renewed a month later knocking 4 or 5 monts off my next 2 yr DACA. But I also dont want to be delayed for months after current one expires because I didn't do it before 120.

My receipt # starts with EAC. Service center is Nebraska.

Any ideas?

P.S. I really hoped to be married...for reals no sham sham...by now. Ugh!

Well you still have to go to biometrics and stuff i guess just go on your appointment on time instead of early. To me better to send asap then have a delay and possibly have to deal with job conflicts

I also always wondered personally why they dont just make your new one valid from the day your previous one expires.

I know right? Why do they cut our time off. Its like your penalized for renewing. And I know for a fact we are contributing enormously to the econmy right now. So they arent just doing us a favor, we help too!
