sometimes I feel like USCIS doesn't care about me as a person. like I'm just a receipt number to them.

No order, WGITF! Eva and Ayran got lucky, and their notifications are nothing more than random luck. It wasn't because USCIS decided to get their shit together and we're supposed to be next to hear back or anything.

If you or I get notified today or tomorrow or next month, it's because we got lucky. I can get my notification today, and it won't mean anything until I have the card in my hand, and I start getting direct deposits again.

Eva and Ayran, I hope your notifications aren't just a dumb glitch and that you two actually get your cards soon.

Umm yeah, that is exactly what you are to them. Don't make the mistake of thinking that you can be more than that in their eyes.

You can talk to a T2 who's capable of being human and sympathize with your situation, but they don't have the power to do much anyway. Nobody at the service centers gives a flying shit about the consequences of their incompetence and inefficiencies. Sad reality, but it's true.

I really hope its not a glitch and hope the ead doesnt get some error again :/ Im not happy until its in my hands

Vivace is right it ain't over till you have card in hand

Last Friday I got an update that card was produced and mailed out but Tier 2 today Said no that it's still not produced or mailed out

*Insert cliche message here* Please allow 60 days for "caring" to take effect.

In truth, I believe that is how they see all immigrants...until permanent residency or swearing in.

The tier 2 confirmed my card is in production; however, he couldn't explain why it has taken so long. He cofirmed that the updates are indeed good news and perhaps there was a problem that was now fixed. He couldn't really explain the situation though as they only see what the card production facility shows them. He did suggest I file a formal complaint with the director as to why it has taken so long.
