My employer has agreed to write a letter on my behalf explaining the financial loss to the firm and to myself in the event that my EAD doesn't get approved on time.

Do you think it will help? What is the best way to send it to them?

Honestly if it hasnt been 105 days, no one seems to give a damn. Not uscis, ombudsman or nilc. You can try reaching out to ur congressman and see if he can elevate your case.

Looks like yours hasn't expired. It would be kind of awkward if your employer writes such letter and you get approved the next day.

It won't be awkward. Everyone will be relieved.

I was thinking of asking for a similar letter as well but dunno if it will help. You and I are July applicants, seems like USCIS is approving May/early June at the moment. From the spreadsheet, it looks like aside from a few lucky devils, the vast majority of July applicants are still waiting.

My firm just told me they're having a lawyer send the letter to USCIS. That's so nice of them. They're probably paying a big fee for it, too. Probably won't accomplish anything though.
