I'm trying to figure out. Although I take comfort that I'm not the only one in this position (few others are still under production)

It's that man Mitchy Palooza my brah!! Didn't realize you're caught up in this mix as well. USCIS is indeed running up a huge deficit here. Sad to see so many DACAers going through this stress. It will turn out well I'm sure. USCIS will shape up for the next round of renewals. My EAD will be expiring in 6 days, already told my HR department. Now just waiting for them to take some action so I'll be up to speed soon as to what's going on and what the next few steps are. My case status still shows that I have been sent a biometrics appointment (Biometrics was done on August 3rd).

It will either reflect the production date as the starting date, but the ending date the end date of renewed DACA...so basically lost the time.

Or it will reflect the exact same DACA timeline, which still means you lost the time if you were not working.

Or at least those 2 outcomes make the most sense...not sure how they would give you 2 years, and have it go beyond your DACA timeline...lol...

Hi Everyone: Here is my timeline, I already updated the spreadsheet. This is my 2nd renewal.
Current EAD expiration: 11/11/2016.

Application received: 5/19/2016
Biometrics: 7/26/2016
Approval: 9/17/2016, received the DACA approval letter via mail on 9/22/2016.
EAD production: 9/20/2016
EAD produced: 10/3/2016.
ELIS: status was "Green card was produced and mailed to you.." (but obviously it was the EAD card).
October 6, 2016 -- I sent a secure message to USCIS asking for my tracking number, and today I received a response from USCIS, with the tracking number. I tracked the package and it was at my local post office since October 6, 2016, and it stated that it is ready to be picked up. I called and asked the rep at the post office that why was it not delivered even though it was priority mail. They did not have an answer. I just picked it up myself and I'm good for 2 more years. I still cannot believe post office did not deliver my card. My case tracker still says "Card Produced."

I did numerous service requests, calls, and congressional inquiry. This has been a roller coaster ride. To all my fellow dreamers, please remain vigilant, be persistent and stay positive. If I can answer any questions please let me know. Thank you.

I have a similar timeline as you. My case tracker shows card is under production and Eli's show status as "in process". I spoke to a t2 today and was told it would take up to 30 days. I'm hoping to get my card by end of this week or early next week. This whole process is so frustrating but I hope we hear something soon.
