Hello everyone!

So, I went to an infopass today and the lady there told me there is nothing she can do about my case being delayed or anyone else's for that matter. She said there are no extensions, no letter, anything they can provide in the meantime or anything they can do to expedite the case... Basically we're screwed and she said to just wait.

She did mention that on Tuesday they received an internal notice saying that all people who are delayed will be processed within the next 60 days. Again, screwed! I need my EAD like today!

There may be more. It is only 3:00pm on the West Coast. Some people may have been approved today but haven't checked it if they are still at work.

Did you find out about this?

My timeline

Both Application Received: 5/12/16
Biometrics Completed: 5/31/16
Approved DACA: Today 10/13/16
Approved I765: "In process"
DACA/EAD expires: 10/26/16

Sent a regular inquiry through USCIS.com
I sent two secure email through ELIS
A congressman inquiry
and a ILRC elevation request
This is exactly what I saw on my ELIS and case checker today. We have really similar timelines too. Fucking finally. It's been 150 days since I sent in my docs, and I've been expired since Sept. 18th. This process has been so draining.

I hope this is true and she wasn't lying. I've been expired for a week already.

Thank the Lord Jesus!!! I was approved yesterday. It's weird. I checked it last night, but when I checked it today, it's says approved on Oct. 12. Anyways, it doesn't matter! I was approved and my card is on production!!! You can check my time line if you need to. I hope everyone will be approve soon!! Took 150 days!! I did a service request from USCIS 3 weeks ago and I contacted ilrc 2 days ago. I didn't get any email or text. I checked my status via mycasestatus USCIS.
