Yeah that what I am going to do. The email I got back from the SR said that the envelope was not received at the NE service center so It was safe to assume it was lost. I did receive my letter from the Post Office blaming themselves. So I will call them first thing tomorrow morning and basically see what they tell me what to do. It has been one hell of an annoying journey. I am just so glad I will not have to pay.

I got so lucky. My job was asking me for the new EAD card, I explained that it was sent back to USCIS and I brought the papers that showed that the card was delivered to them and brought the approval notice of my I821 and they let me stay. They're giving me 90 days to bring my card. Now I have to wait until USCIS resends my new card, hopefully they wont take long.

Okay sorry i've been so MIA but I have been really caught up with work and stuff. So I called USCIS and they basically told me to wait a full 60 days since my approval. It's been a little over the 60 days. I finally got a call about ten minutes ago from an agent in which she told me that I had to refile and resubmit everything. WORST of all, I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN! I told her how is it my fault that the post office lost my document and she basically said it is out of their hands. I am now stressing out. Work gave me two months, I will not be able to complete my stuff in two months.
I am wondering how your guys how you guys have been?
