Can someone please add me to the spreadsheet? I don't want to mess it up. I found it really helpful to see all the data so I definitely don't want to mess it up. Thanks in advance!

I just got my letter in the mail that I was approved for DACA. Do we get a letter saying that we're approved for the EAD? My HR won't let me go back to work until they see a card or a letter or something

Sadly it looks likes we will not get a EAD approval notice, just the card itself. It does say that the EAD has been approved and is the same dates as the approval of DACA. However it says that it cannot be used as a I-765 approval notice which is really annoying!

I agree. Though if your job really likes you they will. I just went back to mine to get rehired. Did the interview, drug test, etc in one day. I mean the DACA receipt has your A # and expiration which is basically what it's on the EAD. My HR manager is just turning a blind eye for now and gave me 90 days to bring in the physical card.

Yes! Same for me! My boss really wanted me to get back to work ASAP so he's okay with the notification that my EAD is being produced but wants me to bring the physical copy ASAP. Hopefully it won't take too long. I was approved 10/19

I spoke to a tier 2 officer yesterday who was not helpful at all and would not allow me to put in a service request. Same bull response that it needs further review

Okay so I spoke to a level 2 officer on Friday. And was told that the uscis officer send my application for a background check on October 10th I told her that my bios where done on June 2nd she was like really let me check ohh you are right I don't know why would he send you for a background check. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done until that background check comes back and you time restarts when the background check is order I ask her so you are telling me that it's like getting a new priority date and she said yes that it can take up to 6 months after that to receive a decision. I'm so hoping that's not the case. I was out on maternity leave and had to go back on Nov 1st. I tried calling again today and was supposed to get a call back.

I sent an ELIS email last week and got the same response that they're forwarding it to NSC. Guess we'll see if anything comes out of it.



Someone definitely messed with the spreadsheet, I noticed my information was all wrong a few days ago.

So I got in contact with my Congressman and his office got in contact with the Nebraska center. They said they are currently processing DACA renewals prior to Mya 4, 2016.

my daca has been approved. how long does it normally take before the employment get approved
