Just noticed you edited your post and changed cancer to diabetes. That's probably why they didn't accept your application.

Yes I mistyped it. I was thinking of a different illness. My question is does having it denied once affect your future applications?

I wouldn't think so if you have a different reason of going; let's say your own relative is ill or you need to go for work.

well, she's old, sick, heart and blood issues. theres nothing to worry when submitting application. my 2 siblings applied same documents, same relationship no issues. i guess it was my luck or bad day.
