Delayed EAD notifications/card 2016 - Page 102

Praying for those still waiting. Our cards should be mailed out this week or early next.

We all thought that at first, and it turns out...you can afford to lose your job when you have no other options.

Yup! Im trying to keep my hopes up for this week for us to all get a notification that the EADs have been produced! I think and hope by this thursday.

My card has been in production since 10/5 but received emailed on the 6 !!! I hope it ships this week I will notify you guys if it does u guys are next this week too

Mine on the 10th hope it gets shipped by the end of this week. 3rd week off from work

My card went into production October 6th and I got a text today saying my status is updated.

The Elis website says my card was produced and shipped, but the online tracker just says I was approved and would receive a notice through the mail.

Guys this is my update i was approved 10/5 and my card went in production 10/6 today i checked elis and it shows green card has been mailed ...for case tracker is showing case has been approved ...my best wishes to you all

I like how they blame us for the delays and how there's no mention of the switch over to the new electronic system making everything slower.

American journalism is down the tubes. Sometimes I don't feel bad about not working in my field, and this is one of them. Ugh

Anyway, still waiting for my card. By the looks of it, it's probably going to be another week for me. On the upside, my employer has stopped asking me for it, the DACA approval notice seems to be good enough for them

Director Leon Rodriguez blamed the switch to the electronic system for the delays on the call yesterday. He pointed out that applications that came after June 22, 2016 have been approved faster than the 120 days processing time. I guess that's why we've been seeing some people get approved in record time.

He also said to sit tight until USCIS fixes the problem. They're aware of the issue and doing their best. Meantime, just keep not working and keep putting your life on pause.

There's been at least 5 approvals on Facebook for the first week of October. All of them seem to be about 3 weeks upon receiving it. Hopefully they stay on track. Maybe for the people who were approved by the second week of October we will hear something by the end of this week
