Still Pending.... about to expire - Page 2

Processed in NSC. Did many follow up. TIER 1 and 2 customer service, at least r 4 service request created, Info pass appt, NILC, obdusman .. it is what it is.

I expire today. I will be termed today. Luckily my manager said he'll hold my position until I get approved but I don't know how long that will be. I also work in a hospital. In the ED to be exact. I'm upset and also stressed because I also have bills to pay.

My service center is also Nebraska. It took over a month just so I can get biometrics. I was hoping I'd hear as soon as I did biometrics but nope. I'll be as patient as I can be but there's not much I can do anyway.

This sucks for all of you guys and I wish the best here. My card hasn't expired since I got a 3 year old but man if this is taking so long to you guys I can only imagine how long it'll take mine. I also can't imagine 2Face/Chynos lover Trump winning and getting rid of DACA just as renewal are coming throught

Update***

I got approved on the 26th! Although on Case tracker it states my card was being produced on Oct. 25! Now just praying my card gets done quickly. I go on leave Monday. But I'm just thankful to God I'm finally approved. One week after submitting SR and 5 days before my experation. Waiting 114 days so far.

My prayers goes to all those waiting still. Much love to all you guys. I know how hard this is

I'm still praying this card comes in a week or two max. Although I am seeing a lot of three weeks here. I hope it comes fast

@Dreaming22, how did you create a SR? Whenever I call, the rep tells me my application is within their normal processing time (today is 110th day since my application was received) so the system doesn't allow them to create a SR and they just hang up. Do you think creating the SR affected your processing time?

Some people here say that creating a SR doesn't do anything. But at least there's a chance. And I just think. Hey at least I put it in and I put my chance in for them to look at my case and see that it's been pending too long. Some of the service reps are very helpful and some are not, and they all answer differently and have different answers. Keep calling. Maybe one time in the morning and one in the afternoon till you get someone that helps you. When I called I told the service rep I was very concerned because I was about to expire in a week and I submitted my application back and June, then he proceeded to say, yes I am going to put in a SR for you since you are outside of normal processing times. One more thing I did was talked to my lawyer and she also put in an online SR for me about two days ago. I'm not sure what it was that got me approved. Probably just God himself and a lot of praying but I think it's better to take that chance and do all you can do. I also sent an email to an immigration officer through ELI and he emailed me today that I got approved yesterday. this is my 3rd time apply and this third time has been really stressful but it's getting there

Hey guys.. my DACA was approved on November 3 but my EAD still says still in process... being approved for DACA means I'll be getting approved for my EAD soon??
