OOOOO, im in cali also im guessing thats why is taking more than 3 days but it only has been 2 days and im all paranoid might get here saturday then it was shipped 2 days ago and yours was shipped yesterday right

Got an email update today from ELIS, got home and checked and saw that they have produced my "Green Card"...

So I guess now it is just the waiting game for the actual EAD to arrive.

Case tracker also shows that the I-765 approval was from since September 7, so that gave me a sigh of relief...hopefully the date does reflect from then, and not October 12...cue nervous laughter...lol...

Yeah for marriage, I got married last year. And I hoped I would have finished all that before I had to renew DACA but no. USCIS had other plans. Since last year they have delayed two APs, DACA and I-130. I have shitty luck I guess

Where are you located ?

My AOS has been going really fast but they have slowed down recently. As of Sep 7th I'm ready to be scheduled for interview but nothing yet.

Just an update: my card was shipped today from TN, it came along with a tracking #. Says it should be here by Saturday

Hi, was approved 29Aug, card begun production 01Sep. I am still waiting for this card... I officially expire today. T2 official told me that the card production failed, this is probably in Sep and that they are still producing it. Submitted SR, got a reply on 26Oct that the file has been sent to a supervisor and that I should expect a response in 30 days. I don't even know what to think anymore. It's quite depressing seeing everyone else who got approved this month already receiving their ead. I don't know who I've offended at uscis T_T

Look at it from the bright side. At least you are already approved and a lot of employers are letting people work with just the approval. Some of us here have been expired 1+ month and out of work. If your SR has been sent to a supervisor, i'm sure you will have it in no time.

In other news, my card was shipped yesterday 10/27 and its out for delivery right now! Priority Mail is the bomb! wow, pretty much overnight delivery. 15 days! total from approved to delivered. They are definitely picking up the pace. Hang in there guys!

That happened to me too. My ead went in production on sept 11 and failed in producing. After several service requests, calls and emails to NSC, I finally had my EAD sent in production for a second time on Oct 10 and was produced. So you have to bug them constantly until it raises attention to your case. I hope you get your EAD soon!

Permit was mailed yesterday, tracking number is now on Case Status. Will get it tomorrow, but I won't be calm 100% until I have it on my hands.

Is everyone seeing the tracking number on case status? If you are, how and where? My card was produced/mailed on 25th but no tracking number has been posted. And no, I do not want to talk to a T2 and get even more confused. LOL
