DACA Expires 5/11/17

DACA Expires 5/11/17 how soon can I apply for renewal lol... and is it currently an option to adjust status trough marriage... I've been married to a USC for 8 years now, I entered illegally about 25 years ago.... help feeling super lost

8 years??? Omg why didn't you apply for AOS sooner? Procrastination is not a good thing. Believe me my dad procrastinated doing AOS and now we are stuck in this horrible situation after years of different immigration cases. You can apply 6 months before. So send your stuff out to USCIS December 17th. And aplly to AOS ASAP!!!! You might hAve to leave country and enter legally with them stamping on your passport but yes definitely have your spouse file right away.

Well reason I never applied was fear of having to leave the country... I have four kids so it's hard to think about leaving them behind... now I will just have to risk it... would it be better to lawyer up... and me and my wife will definitely be looking into it ASAP.... thank you
