Emergency AP Excuse.

No one in my imidiate family is diying. I have heard of people using bogus paperwork and such, can any one Chime in?

I would be pretty scared to try AP after this year.

im saying that suddenly every one has a sick grandma in her dead bed. and thats how some people are getting AP. I cant get my self to belive all of those are true cases, so if some one did that. How did you actually "proof" what you were saying was in fact "truth"?

I don't think it's wise to leave the country at this time.

I'm not sure. But I know people who keep going back just for vacation. So, I'm sure it's not that hard. It says along with your application, you will need to supply authoritative documentary evidence to back up whichever purpose you claim.

1) Urgent humanitarian purposes, which include medical assistance, to attend a family member’s funeral, visiting a sick relative, or some other urgent family-related matter.

2) Educational purposes, including taking part in a study abroad program or doing academic research, or

3) Employment purposes, including overseas assignments or client meetings, interviews, conferences, training, and travel needed to pursue a job with a foreign employer in the United States.

Maybe call back home and ask if someone is ill. Ask them to send you a doctors note and voila.

Uncle Trump will fix that loophole, don't you worry your head over it.
