Five actions to restore security
and the constitutional rule of law:

★ FIRST, cancel every unconstitutional executive action,
memorandum and order issued by President Obama.

★ SECOND, begin the process of selecting a replacement
for Justice Scalia from one of the 20 judges on my list,
who will uphold and defend the U.S. Constitution.
★ THIRD, cancel all federal funding to sanctuary cities.
★ FOURTH, begin removing the more than two million
criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel
visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back.
★ FIFTH, suspend immigration from terror-prone regions
where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people
coming into our country will be considered “extreme vetting.”

Destruction of DACA is at the top of Trump's pledged agenda.

Not at second, not at third... But the VERY FIRST.

More important than the Supreme Court Vacancy. More important that the Wall. More important than deporting criminal illegals.

If DACA was unconstitutional, it would not be alive right now. It started in 2012. It is 2016 right now. Stop this fear mongering and scaring members. This is the news section. You are wasting everyone's time and the forums resources. Go home and prepare for your deportation if you're too scared.

From 2012 to 2016, Obama was the President.

In 2017, Trump will be the President and he most definitely will keep his Pledge.

Now, although he will eliminate DACA, he might flip on immigration contingent on our community's pressure and Senate Democrats who can practically block any Republican proposal in the Senate.
