Check out the thread "back in the u.s after traveling with advance parole" the last entries on there has two people that went to Jamaica with Advance Parole. I think it's like on page 55+ of that thread. But I've personally read about four stories on here of people who traveled to Jamaica with advance parole and successfully came back to the US with no issues.
