RFE on Brief, Casual, and Innocent Absence - Page 2

I don't know what a lawyer will do here to be honest. They're asking to produce evidence for these departures. If that's all you no lawyer will make something out it. No lawyer will produce the additional evidence requested. And what exactly is USCIS asking you exactly ?


You have to be careful here - are they asking you to produce evidence for time out ? If those I am sure you have pictures of your years outside the country


OR

Are they asking to prove you actually left the country and the means you did. Don't forget you also have records of playing for these plane tickets ect ect

Idk if my lawyer was helpful. I gathered all the information and evidence from back home and have it sent to me. It took me about a month to gather all that and all lawyer did was preparing my affidavit and pointed out that I was legally entered and legally residing in the States. And my absence was innocent and brief.

After receiving my evidence on the 14th of this month, it only took them about a week to get me approved.
