I have a work conference January 19-20, is it worth applying for advance parole right now?

That's great. So almost three months for you to get approved? What was your purposes for AP and did they approve you before your travel date?
I'm on 9 weeks, I hope I get approved soon, before December.

Congrats! Start planning your trip, it will take about 1.5-2 weeks to get the actual AP travel document(s) in your hand. You will receive the approval notice before then.

humanitarian reason to visit sick relative.

Was this sick relative considered direct relative? Grandma or grandpa? I'm asking because I tried expediting my case too and it was declined. I'm trying to visit my ill aunt. She has terminal cancer.

Please somebody help!?
I recently got approved for advance parole. I have daca and i already have my plane tickets for january 3 to january 9 2017.

My question is am i gonna have any trouble at the port of entrance coming back in the U.S.?

I dont have any criminal history or deportation orders.
Only thing im scared of is that i came here undocumented the first time when i was 6months old but then left to mexico like around the year 2000 (9years old) then came back mid 2004. I entered at the port of entrance behind an suv truck (but never got cought by immigration). When i filed for daca i listed that i came back the second time because when i was in mexico i applied for a visa but was denied.

So my question is are they gonna make it a big deal for my second entrance. Somebody please answer me?. By the way i never been caught by immigration.
