If we dont get LPR, we will continue living in fear.

DACA was a temp relief.

Never forget how you felt when Trump won.

We need permanent relief.

We need nothing less than LPR.

We need is not the attitude we can have. Graham very clearly said, this will be DACA in its current form, only people who have applied and been approved would fall under these circumstances.

This brings an important consideration, if you never applied for DACA, then you would be shit out of luck according to the article.

A double edged sword...

Turn your info to the government or... Remain in the shadows.

If this bill were to pass, it would be a major blow to those people. Not to mention eDACA .

I worry about those 15 year old students discouraged from applying because Trump won...these are the people most adversely affected by this.

I really feel like first time DACA elegibile applicants should apply now & fast. Imagine if there was a cutoff? That would be awful. And I agree we shouldn't forget how we felt when trump won.

This is a total wrap!! Gabby Pacheco, God bless that woman for her incredible fight for us! Truly blessed man.

BUT there is a REBELLION brewing for Donald and us. The resistance will come from deep within the radical conservatives of Congress!!! Donald is the only normal guy in this shit show and circus we are witnessing. It's total chaos. Christie was suppose to be his "right hand man". Dude got tossed away. Nobody knows where he is. Romney called him a fraud now he is dining on elegant "frog legs" with Donald. Donald is not one who gives up. Till the last minute, that dude kept bashing the media ruthlessly, first candidate in ages not to release tax return, totally insulted his way to the Presidency. Masterful move. Us young people POTENTIALLY have a chance to see a glimpse of what Reagan might have been like.

The real issue here is not immigration. To me it seems like Trumps reforms will provide lots and lots of relief to Corporations and big insurers and forget about us ordinary folk!! To me his latest treasury and commerce picks are all about big corp and providing relief to big business. Hope they give middle class people who voted for trump relief too!

Yes, that is what I am referring to, and those people being turned away by lawyers.

But then again, this bill could be fantasy without a real chance of passing.

Them being cut off and the bill eventually passing would certainly be a major blow.

I personally, would apply, but then again risks are risks.
