From what I know, she claimed financial hardship and they had a newborn at the time.

Thank you, I will check it out!

I'm in a worse situation as I do have a removal order so AP is basically out the question for me right now.

I have no removal orders, I am going to try filing for AP and hope for the best.

So i've been researching the issue on lots of sites, and most of them say DO NOT GO THAT ROUTE because you're admitting EWI, and that's not very good, even though its true, you never want to say that you're EWI. So if you go that route you better get a lawyer and not go at it alone. GOOD LUCK!

We already admitted EWI when we filed for DACA.

People are advising that we don't use AP after January 20, because we might not be let in again. I would like to apply for advanced parole. Im I'm willing to give it all I got. However it's not safe to go they say.

just get a lawyer, and do lots of research, i know that you already admitted to EWI by filling out DACA, but things change when you're trying to AOS, because you're trying to get a greencard they get very anal about it.

I'm sure with a good lawyer and good advice you can get it done.

Listen to your own instincts. If you believe it is not safe, don't go. I understand sometimes risk is worth it, but in this case AP should not be attempted until there is transparency and clarity concerning the incoming administration.

In addition, wait for a thorough analysis from lawyers and non-profits watching the situation.

I have younger brothers that are US citizens and are trying to petition for both my parents that are currently living in the US. Do my parents quality for the Unlawful Presence Waiver? Because I read that it also qualifies for parents of US citizens.
