I need some help with options regarding DACA

Hello my fellow dreamers,

I have some questions and I'm hoping you guys can help me out.

I currently sent my renewal for my DACA on june 1st received my receipts. I have not received my biometrics letter since then and is been 6 months already. I have contacted them numerous times and all they say is sorry for the delay.

Is there anything else I can do to speed this up? 180 days and no biometrics

Anyone in similar situation and care to share there experience as to how they resolved?

Or are we just screwed and no option but to wait?

Have you contacted NILC or ILRC to get your case elevated?

Have you tried contacting your Congressmen or Senator?

No i have not tried that would that be my next option?

Full name,

Basically anything pertaining your case.


Explain how long you have been waiting and ask for help.

Also, include that there are no biometrics yet.

This happened to me. I sent my application on June 7th and did not recieve a biometrics letter by July 10th. I sent in a request for a document I had not received. They just sent me an e mail that my case was being processed. They didn't even address my biometrics but what ended up helping me is someone on here suggested to ask for an access code to view my policy so I requested one and then 3 weeks letter I got an access code and my biometrics letter.
