Someone claims USCIS is approving VERY early renewals - Page 2

This is so fucked. I'm still waiting for my renewal from June. WTF!

Wait, you kept yours? I thought USCIS had requested that all 3-year EACs should be returned after DAPA/Updated DACA was stopped.

USCIS only required you to return your 3 yr EAD if it was issued after 2/16/2015 or if you received a letter from USCIS with instructions on your EAD. If you did not fall into either category, you were allowed to keep your EAD. I am a 3 yr recipient too. Valid from 2014-2017.

Mine expires May 5th and sent it like 3 weeks ago, i got my bio metric appointment for the 20th of this month. They are really processing extremely fast.

i hate this. my job offer is gonna be rescinded and theyre approving people that applied months after i did. just seems wrong.

My Daca expires June 30th 2017... I am debating now whether to send my renewal in late December or maybe early Jan. The recommended date is after Jan 31st but im gonna send it sooner than that obviously.

I dont mind wasting money on shipping if they return it.. I'll just keep sending it back til they accept it lol. I'll update everyone when I get it all filled out and sent in.

Up to how early has some of the people that have accepted sent it?

Mine is expiring in July.

I will send my renewal in January.
