Hey guys so i receive my biometrics notice schedule for nov 2 and i just noticed online that it says its schedule for nov 7 and it hasn't updated. I call uscis for info if there's any problem and they couldn't give me any info cause they said my application is now at vermont service center but my receipts say Nebraska.
So they tell me i have write a letter to vermont servixe center to get any info. Has this happened to anyone?

Interesting. I think the one on the letter is correct. BUT I wouldn't be 100 percent confident.

Go the local USCIS and bring a copy of the online date and physical date.

See what they say.

Just go on Nov 2. The security guards look at the date on your Biometrics appointment letter to decide whether to let you in or not. The Biometrics letter is the one that gets stamped, that's all that matters, not anything you print online.

Even if it was on Nov 7 like it says online, it's not like going in earlier will affect you, I do that every renewal.

Wrong.

You need to have a valid reason to go in early. You cannot just go in early without telling them why. You will get yelled at.

Speaking from experience.

Is writing to vermont service center the only way to get an update?

Did you read what I said? I told him to go on the date thats on his biometrics letter.

Not all centers are the same obviously. I have walked up to the guard and just handed them my letter and told them that I wanted to know if I can do my biometrics that day and I have been let in. No yelling.

SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.
