Oh i was thinking that if the notice says in April, it might be an error and maybe the computer would generate a notice at that time to send to me instead of now. Im sure things there are really automated but see my last quote below.

Thanks bro! It was set to expire mid April 2017. I think i told you this before but i basically sent it out right before thanksgiving, and I just got an 821D approval letter yesterday (saturday).

Hello guys!

Here is my timeline:

App sent: 11/29
App received: 12/5
Bio: 12/20
Acceptance: ???

Do I have a good chance to receive my acceptance before you guys? Also, should I create a USCIS account or would tracking the tracking numbers suffice?

Thank you and congratulations to you all.

Ridiculously fast renewal (my second) through Nebraska for me:

Application received: 11/25
Biometrics: 12/7 walk-in (my original appointment was for 12/ 12)
Approved and card in production 12/26.

NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN BEFORE. My original app and first renewal took about 4 months each.
Nebraska seems to be fastracking apps for sure.

Did anyone that has been approved super early write a letter stating why you sent it early? or anything like that?

I'm asking because I think i will send mine tomorrow. I expire June 30th, 2017 so its quite early compared to the Jan 30th date but I can take the risk.

has anyone who has gotten an early approval received their EAD yet? I sent my app in early november I expire in March and my case status says its approved and they order my new card. I'm so shocked because last time I expired for like 3 weeks or so (which I know isnt that long).

Forget the lawyer. It's in the instruction sheet but there are exceptions being made as you can see on this board.
