Does the California service center have a quick turnaround for applications?

I haven't heard much about which centers people are being processed quickly. I'm wondering if the California center is one of those that process applications quick. I'm asking for a friend who just got transfered to that center. Thanks.

Long time ago, when daca first started they were quick. My friend got his renewed within 4 months both times at California as well.

Its not really based on the service center. It is based mainly on your case and your adjudicator.
