And there's a big difference between an adult making the choice to drive under the influence and a someone with a final removal order that happened while they were a minor (and had no choice in the matter).

DUI has already been deemed a nonviolent crime by the Supreme Court (maybe BIA, I don't remember). But I do wonder how much sway they have to say that certain crimes that weren't considered CIMT, will not be considered as as such.

Maybe it's not even that. When reading this, it makes it seem like Trump would be saying "we already told you to leave, and you haven't." kind of like saying that those with removal orders have already been through the justice system.

There is a story of s dreamer detained by ICE because he was charged with two DUIs, he was never convicted. So yeah, i'm sure Dreamers with DUIs will be targeted.

People with DUI got DACA? Wow I always thought they couldn't. I honestly don't have sympathy for those with DUIs.

It's only a speculation people. No one knows what the president will do except what was told by himself.

I really hope these people don't follow kobach idea of a crime because according to him even getting arrested was a crime worthy of removals

This has to do with the replacement. It has to do with the expansion of who is considered "criminal". From my understanding, they are going to expand the definition quite broadly on who is a criminal. In short, those with deportation or removal orders, in proceedings, misdemeanors etc. should be concerned, even if they have DACA.
Those who had deportation removal...How did you end up in that position?
