I predict Trump will turn DACA into a non immigrant visa with the ability to AOS to an H1-B / marriage or something. Tied to that will be border security like e-verify or making unlawful presence illegal when you bring a minor child across the border.

Not a prediction, but a fact!

DACA was created by executive action, not an order. It was created by a DHS Secretary. John Kelly has been confirmed and sworn in since last week Friday. He has been chosen by Trump and has not taken any action thus far against DACA.

Yep. Or he will replace it with a similar program to take the credit for it and add things that will appeal
to his base as well.

But it seems more and more that at least people with DACA currently will ultimately be fine one way or another.
