Some of you guys have truly either have no idea what's going on in the world or are just being politically correct. Theres a huge problem with islamic terrorism all over the world. This is just a temporary hault until the united states is able to properly vet these people. It's like some of you live under a rock or something.

no we don't live under a rock and are not drinking the cool-aid being fed by the Trump regime. the refugee crisis in Europe is a vastly different situation. over there, you have militants pouring in with legitimate refugees through their borders. They need to do a proper job of vetting those refugees. the refugees arriving to America have been vetted for 2 years! what makes you think that we haven't been vetting them properly already? no terrorist attack that took place on US soil since 9/11 was done by a someone from those seven countries. do you want to argue that will not always be the case and we should be careful? sure. but then tell me why Saudi Arabia is not on the list? by far the largest # of terrorists attacking the US have come from there. why keep mum on the Saudis? because of business interest

this EO is just a ploy to deliver on one of trump's campaign promises. and unfortunately the countries that are affected by it are those with no / not much business interests of Trump or the US in general.

The hijackers in the September 11 attacks were 19 men affiliated with al-Qaeda. 15 of the 19 were citizens of Saudi Arabia, and the others were from the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Lebanon.

Trump businesses in the middleeast:
Egypt
Saudi Arabia
UAE

Banned countries of the EO:
Iran
Iraq
Syria
Sudan
Libya
Yemen
Somalia

I think YOU'RE living under a rock.

You're definitely right as about the growing problem of radical islamic terrorism. However, the current ban by Trump administration isn't about keeping us safe at all or targeting this problem of radical islam. They're simply doing this to make their base feel like they're following through with their promises. What will a "temporary 90 day" ban really do? Are we really that much safer by banning people from Sudan and Somalia? People from those countries are so poor they can't even afford to travel to the next city over. It's completely BS. The countries which are main state sponsors of terrorism have been left out! This is becoming so so frustrating and helpless.

What a freakin disgrace. Not that I hate the other countries but SOMALIA and SUDAN??? Seriously these are dirt poor countries. People get punished for being poor my brah. In fact I even think its a disgrace Iraq has been singled out. Iraq is suppose to be our brainchild, our ally after we cleaned it out. Trump has always been against ISIS. Then why isn't Egypt included in that list (Not that I am advocating this!). Egypt does have an ISIS problem in the sinai remember.

All true.

Point I was making though is Trump is banning countries he doesnt have business interests in, while exempting possibly the largest sources of jihadists because he has a stake in those countries.

This is a whole giant conflict of interest.

Fucking disgrace indeed.
