Good thing trump didn't take our DACA away. That sounds horrible.

Whether it would be constitutional I do not know. I believe there is a supreme court case that states that due process is a right of any person. Whether they are here legally or not. I do not know if something like this can be ignored via EO.
At this time we do still have due process and the ACLU would most likely jump in if that was completely stripped away.

I was reading an article (I have to find it) that they could simply make it more difficult for immigrants in detention centers to get the informed on their rights and the steps they can take to fight their case. Instead they can try to intimidate them into signing papers that will expedite their removal.

Yes. The best is to remain silent, not sign anything, and ask to speak to your lawyer.

This article is dealing mostly with those caught on the border.

Gotta prepare those packages with copies of your passport and documents proving your continuous presence here.

Marionette Trump is definitely testing the waters on how far they can go. President Bannon said they will lift those bans after 90 days. lol
