Yes, you are eligible and can apply. For more information, check out https://www.facebook.com/DreamerFinancing and www.DreamerFinancing.com

Home loans for DACA (Dreamers) with as little as 3.5% down payment. Market rates. Don't pay higher interest rates; no need.

DACA does not keep you from applying for a home loan.

There are a few lenders who will do mortgage loans if you meet the same qualification requirements as a citizen or permanent resident. Conventional or FHA financing: www.DreamerFinancing.com or www.Facebook.com/DreamerFinancing for more information.

Yes, with DACA permit you are eligible for both conventional and FHA loans. Requirements vary by lender and some lenders will not accept DACA. Here are a few resources:

Thank you all for helping us share and spread the word. Even after the election, we are still able to help families with DACA buy a home.

No need for large down payments. No need to pay higher rates.

You can use a pre-qualification tool online and determine if you get approved. The pre-qualification tool is an online form that basically ask how much you make and your assets to determine if you qualify for a loan. It also ask your residency and you choose what non-resident.

Chase have one, i applied and waiting for the results. Search for chase mortgage pre-qualification

My fellow dreamers. Go out and buy houses, cars, new toys, businesses, anything. If Trump wants to get rid of us, then let him explain to all these creditors why he is deporting you and why they wont get paid. Its his loss, not ours.

Banks are not allowed ask you for your immigration status.

Latest 2 Years Tax-Returns

SSN

They average the 2 years tax returns, then see your annual income, to see if you are able to pay for it. SSN for Credit Score.
