A little background: arrived EWI from Mexico when I was a baby, went to college when Obama passed the DACA program, did AP for educational purposes in France to clear EWI, got married to my best friend after graduating, waited three months to collect evidence, and then sent in the ~70 page AOS packet. Our case was textbook so we self-filed.

My lawyer said 90 days before my 3 year after LPR is approved I'll be eligible. I believe I read that as well online on the USCIS website somewhere, I'll try to look it up again

It's 2 years and 9 months if you're receiving adjustment thru marriage.

I'm guessing the nature and evolution letter is a letter talking about how they met and how their relationship evolved into marriage...

Yeah, but is that necessary? I haven't heard of anybody having to do that. My mom got married to a USC in 2014, and I don't remember her having to do that.

She did have to get her friends to file affidavits with her when she got her permanent GC to attest that they're still married.

OP, were you just being safe?

I'm pretty sure they aren't.. I've never seen anyone who has gone thru the whole process say they were asked for that. From what I have noticed here is they barely look at the evidence lol. It's all about getting those questions correct and the cohesion of the answers.

had my interview yesterday! Everything went well and they asked us all the questions. We got a sheet that said our app is under review, the officer told us she had no worries and believed that our marriage is real. We haven't gotten any updates... Our interview was at 11:15 we were called at 12:40 and we were done by 1:10. Should I be worried that we didnt hear back?

No This is normal, I've seen this happen to other couples on other immigration forums. You'll get approved!
