Same, congress never passes anything on immigration. Some on the left want everyone or no one. Some on the right want no one. They all pull different ways...

I don't have a lot of faith in Congress too. Congress is best at dragging things out.

If DACA is cancelled, it will be obvious Bannon and Miller are the ones truly running the show. Pietrus, Kusnich, and Pence do not want to end DACA.

One of the best things that could have happened for us, IMO, is how badly the Muslim ban backfired. I've read several articles online describing Trump as being upset with Bannon and Miller over the ban and how badly it has affected his image.

Remember, we saw Newt Gingrich saying that he's advised them to leave DACA alone to avoid a politically treacherous confrontation? Well, if he is now willing to listen to the more moderate voices in his cabinet, then we still stand a chance.

With Preibus at the helm now, I think we could see them grandfather current DACA beneficiaries while awaiting a more permanent solution from Congress.

It's a weird world where you are cheering for the republican establishment.

Keeping DACA would be a great way for trump to show that he can be compassionate. If he throws us to the wolves expect Muslim ban protests 2.0 especially at colleges.

u guys took that tweet out of context. if u saw the hearing, kelly was begging for congress to pass a law regarding the dreamers. and they said that majority of undocumented aliens are law abiding

much can be said and not said in 140 characters.
