Yeah. I don't think they'll take the time and effort on revoking everyone's EAD, better to wait for them to expire.

You're going to have to compete with international students who have way more valuable degrees from prestigious universities worldwide. So, in case you went to a university that's globally known like Harvard or even Stanford, your degree won't matter to job positions in your country, especially if it's from some state university.

And, don't worry about me, bro, I already have a plan which involves sponsorship from relatives.

I have to agree with the age range for Dreamers (not going to get into who deserves the name Dreamer).

For us, DACA'ers on the older side of the scale, we know what life as an adult without legal status is like. You mean to tell me I will go to college, get my degree, but not able to use it and work legally? You mean I have to work under the table at some job that requires not even a high school education, and make sub 10k a year?

Yes, that's what life was like, becoming an adult without legal status.

If you're on DACA on the younger side of the scale, I can see you coming out of high school already with an EAD in hand, not having lived through those struggles. ^

I've lived in Haiti for 9 years, I what real struggle is all about. Makes living in the US undocumented look like a paradise.

We all have our struggles. Don't need to compare who struggle more. At the end of the day, we are all on the same DACA boat. If it sinks, we all go down with it. Let's stay together to fight for our future.

Honestly, if this was even 5 years ago, I would be making plans to leave immediately. But, I'm older and know that going back to Jamaica without a degree , any familial or financial support is a fool's errand.

I've told myself that for as long as DACA is alive, I will ride it out. I have 2 years left in school and will just keep my head down until then. My family is lucky in the respect that I have a USC sibling that turns 21 in less than 3 years. He can petition for my mother and I hope that I will figure out my own situation by that time.

Other families are not that lucky. We have members here who are married to other DACA beneficiaries or cannot clear their EWI because of the country they originate from.

Bottom line is despite our differences in opinion, we really only have each other. So, I hope to see less bickering and needless arguing about who is right and who is wrong. If the yam ends DACA tomorrow, we're all equally screwed.
This x 10! I also hope the bickering is reduced and we can stand strong together.
